Twenty minutes on your AI position

Enough to tell you whether you have a problem under the Third-Party AI Assessment Framework, and roughly how big it is. No charge, no preparation, and no obligation to do anything afterwards.

What happens in the twenty minutes

You tell me what AI is running in and around your service delivery. If you have used the self-check, have your register open. If you have not, a rough idea is enough to start.
I tell you where that sits against the Framework: what is clearly in scope, what is arguable, and what would need written approval before it keeps running.

If there is work worth doing, I will tell you what it involves and what it costs. If there is not, I will tell you that too. It is a twenty-minute conversation, not a qualification call.

What you need to prepare

Nothing. Turn up and talk.

Who you will be talking to

Paul Berryman. For four years I was the person responsible for Right Fit for Risk accreditation at a large DES and now IEA provider, through initial certification, annual recertification, and the RFFR work behind a successful IEA bid. More about me

What happens afterwards

A short note with what we covered and anything I said I would send. If you would rather I did not follow up beyond that, say so on the call and I will not.

Nothing suitable in the calendar, or would rather write than talk?  Drop me a note here: hello@governanceworks.com.au
