Book a meeting

Book a meeting, pick a time that suits

Fifteen to twenty minutes costs you nothing and I will tell you honestly whether there is anything here worth paying for.

What to expect

No slides and no pitch. You talk, I ask questions, and by the end you have my read on where you actually stand. If there is work worth doing, I will say what it is and roughly what it costs. If there is not, I will tell you that too. I would rather you remember me as the person who told you not to spend money.

Come with the actual problem rather than a tidied-up version of it. The conversation is more useful that way.

Who you will be talking to

Paul Berryman, principal consultant at Governance Works. I have over 30 years in IT, 16 of them at the most senior levels. I've created and worked within governance systems, so I know what it's like from a client perspective. For the last four years I was responsible for RFFR accreditation at a large Disability Employment Services and Inclusive Employment Australia provider, which means I have sat on your side of the audit table rather than only advising from outside it.  More about me.
